HEPATITIS VACCINATIONS

We provide Hepatitis vaccinations for employees who work in moderate to high risk exposure of contaminated waste environments i.e. Waste water, sewerage and other environmental waste

A blood test will determine what hepatitis vaccine your employee’s will require either:

   1. Hepatitis A

   2. Hepatitis B

   3. Twinrix – a combined vaccine of Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B

   4. Some employees may test IMMUNE to both Hepatitis A & Hepatitis B; then they will not require Hepatitis Vaccination.

Hepatitis regime

Blood test: One off

Hepatitis A: 1st Vaccination, 2nd and final 6 months later

Hepatitis B: 1st Vaccination, 2nd Vaccination 1 month later, 3rd Vaccination 2 months after the 1st Vaccination.

Twinrix: 1st Vaccination, 2nd Vaccination 1 month later, 3rd Vaccination 2 months after the 1st Vaccination.
